Custom End User CourseBack to Top

Overview
Element115 has extensive experience and expertise in creating custom training offerings for customers on their WebCenter Sites implementations. The process for developing and delivering custom end-user training can be divided into two stages:

Course Development
In this stage, Element115 will do an extensive investigation of your WebCenter Sites implementation. During this effort, our instructors will interact with and interview the developers and architects responsible for the development of your site. Our instructor will then return to our facility where we will begin to incorporate the findings from our investigation to compile the custom end user training material.

Delivery to end-users
There are two options during this phase, Element115 can deliver the course material on your site directly to the end-users, or we can “train your trainers” who can then conduct internal end-user training sessions at your convenience to your end-users. At the end of our training session, we will deliver the training materials created for further use by you in training your personnel internally.
